In the event that a system must be returned to us for service, we work hard to ensure the quickest possible turnaround time for you. All items repaired/replaced come with a one year warranty.

Instructions for Sending a Unit for Repair:

  1. Fill out the Repair Request Form (PDF). You may type directly on the electronic PDF form after downloading and saving the file to your computer. To save to your computer, right-click Repair Request Form link and "Save Link As..." to your hard drive.
  2. When complete, Save and Print the form.
  3. Include a completed copy of the form and ship with your unit for repairs.

Important! Recommendations for shipping units for repair or service:

We recommend that anything over 151 lbs. should be placed in a box secured with padding and then banded to a pallet or skid. Remember to include the completed Repair Form and shipping docs.

We recommend that anything 150 lbs. or less should be placed in a box secured with padding. Remember to include the completed Repair Form and shipping docs.
